8/1 Digital Media Specialist - Job Description
The Digital Media Specialist / Customer Service Representative is responsible for satisfying client needs for audio-visual, photographic, and print asset storage, retrieval, and transformation. The DMS/CSR will also act as a reference source to satisfy internal and external requests for information and system support relating to archival assets and systems. In addition, this person prepares monthly reports and analyzes data to determine process improvement opportunities.

2+ years related experience in photographic, audio-visual, and print systems, formats, and production methodologies required. Must be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite product line, as well as video editing systems such as Apple Final Cut Pro. Demonstrable knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS is also required.
